Please help.

The plugin is not configuring the button. It just says "read more" not even as a hyperlink. Why?

Have you tried to disable gutenberg editor and try to use classic editor instead?

I have tried to change the theme and it works, so unfortunately, I think our ECAE plugin does not compatible with your theme.
