Is it possible to add another “Property Data” to For Sale, and For Rent? I would like to add Sold.

If adding another property data isn’t possible? Can I create categories for the properties?

If you want add sold statuses, we have built statuses taxonomy. You can name it with you want, ex: sold, available, etc.
