Hello,

I have 2 different products.

#1 is dropshipping from AliExpress.
#2 is product from Indonesia.

For #1 there is free shipping.
For #2 I need Tonjoo plugin to calculate shipping.

However, after installing Tonjoo all my products (#1 and #2) are charged shipping.

Is there a way that I can turn of Tonjoo to calculate onkir for my free dropshipping from AliExpress?

Would the Multi Vendor Addon solve this issue? Is there another Woocommerce plugin that might be helpful?

P.s. I am currently using the 14-day free Trial

Sorry but currently our plugin still can’t distinguish product like you want. Our plugin will treat all product the same way so all products will be charged for shipping.

Thank you for the fast response. Would this be possible;

All my dropship products have a ZERO GRAM weight. In the onkir plugin there is the following setting;

Default Shipping Weight (kg)
Default shipping weight if total weight is unknown.

I have tried to change the field to 0kg but the lowest I can get is 0.1kg.

If I can get that field to 0kg then the onkir plugin will not calculate shipping for the dropship product in my cart at zero weight.

Would this be a potential solution? (providing I can change the default to 0kg instead of 0.1kg)

Hello,
Yes, the logic is right, when the product weight is 0, the shipping cost will be 0 also, but the problem is in our plugin we can’t set product weight to be 0, it will be 0.1 at minimum.
