How do customers receive the Tracking ID from JNE/SiCepat after purchasing an item on a Woocommerce store? Is it emailed to them or only show in the Order History? Can you send screenshots?

To inform the customer the tracking ID, you can send it via single order page, via shipping tracking metabox.

Hi,
For now it has to be done manually, not yet automatically. To get the tracking information, customer need to visit tracking check page from JNE/siCepat (ex:https://www.jne.co.id/id/tracking/trace) and enter the tracking code they got from email.
