halo mau tanya, apakah refund request hanya bisa dilakukan di my account atau bisakah lgsg mengakses linknya saja? karena terjadi gagal, yg pertama tidak ada barang yang available untuk di refund, yg kedua jika saya taruh link refund di navbar tidak redirect ke form refund request

maaf ini sebelumnya untuk plugin refund yg ada di web saya? apakah bisa langsung redirect tanpa perlu punya account page?

Untuk Plugin refund, karena mambaca data Order dari woocommerce maka harus ada order yang bisa di refund, dan harus ada data customer.

Untuk form refund manual yang tidak membaca data apapun bisa di buat dengan contact form 7.

*Note: Untuk saat ini Plugin refund belum support Storage HPOS dari woocommerce, dan sedang dalam proses update.

Jika woocommerce anda saat ini menggunakan HPOS, maka order tidak akan bisa terbaca di pilihan refund.

Untuk memeriksa jenis storage anda, bisa di cek di menu
