Untuk trouble terkait infrastruktur diluar kendali kami, karena terkait pihak ke 3 milik publik.
Untuk status API terdeteksi Normal Pak, bisa di coba cek lagi.
Check di menu cost checker di website terkait:

Ketika menu Cost Checker berhasil menampilkan data, namun data ongkir tidak tampil di halaman checkout, berarti terdapat issue compability plugin, bisa antara woocommerce core sendiri atau dengan plugin yang memodifikasi halaman checkout lainya.

iya karna anda mengecek pas sudah selesai, tadi pas trouble apakah ada pengecekan?
saya cek di DEMO tonjoo juga bermasalah, tidak muncul ongkirnya hanya loading terus
jadi saya sudah pastikan ini bermasalah bukan dari pihak ke 3, tetapi pada plugin anda
