I have the Easy Auto Excerpt premium. The plug-in works fine with my other posts, but not on my most recent one. I think the theme was recently updated, I don’t know if that has anything to do with it or not. If so, then why would it still work on the older posts? Anyway, any help is appreciated.

Hi,

I see ECAE is working fine in your website, even in the most recent posts. Did you already solved the issue?

But you need to remove manual excerpt in your post, since ECAE is automaticaly create excerpt in your web.

Hello,

No, I only added the manual parts because it wasn’t working and I didn’t hear back from you and I wanted my site to look nice in the meantime. I have deactivated the plug-ins and did it the manual way. When it’s activated, it doesn’t work for the new posts.

Please check your web now, it should working fine by now 🙂

You only need to change excerpt method from characters to paragraph.

Somehow characters is not working properly on your theme, and we need more time to investigate it
