Image not aligning left and not resizing on excerpt

I bought the premium version to be able to put the image on the left small size and content on the right, but it is not doing anything, it keeps the original image size at the top of the excerpt and the content on the bottom

ok, I found the solution. Looks like I need to set under content image = "Show Only First Image" and then it started working.

Hope it helps someone else.
