I have purchased Sangar Slider and Sangar Slider Add on Post Slider. I have been able to add the License key for Sangar slider but can’t see where I need to put the license key for the Add on post slider. I have a separate Licence for both.

I have also noticed that the slider is not working (This fault seems to be intermittent i.e. it works and then it doesn’t work!) both in the admin and the front end of the site. Does this have anything to do with the licence key?

Hi there
Yes that’s known issue. You only need to input sangar slider license thou. We will fix this issue ASAP. Thank you for reminding us 🙂
And for your next question,
I think you just forget to sett the query editor, such as category and post type (I set to news, and seems working just fine):
Anyway, if you still facing any issue, please let me know 🙂
Thank you

Hi Zea,
Many thanks for your quick reply.
I am still experiencing issues. If I view the slider on an ipad or iphone then it is working but I’m not seeing the Headline etc for the post or the read more link..
With a desktop (chrome and Firefox)it is not appearing – I’m seeing the three moving dots. This morning it just wont appear in Firefox but in Chrome it eventually started working after about two or three minutes but again minus the header or read more link?
I would be grateful if you could check this out please.
Many thanks
Jackie

Hi Jackie!
Yes, we will check it out ASAP if there are any bugs on chrome & firefox.
But it seems working fine in my browser (I’m using Firefox btw) :
If I missed something, maybe you can create a screenshot for me. It would be very helpful 🙂
You can always change the position of any element on the slider, like read more link, header, excerpt, etc… On Slider Editor.
And for the iPad, have you tried mobile editor? I mean this one :
You can settings how your slider looks like in mobile device.
