Bugs in theme – Sangar slider

Hallo, I have problem with theme slider. The problem is, that I can not lodad image into slider. Here you go: http://i65.tinypic.com/72byf7.png

And then I have another problem, if I choose for example home page from theme layouts and then I wanna change the slider, it does not works and I see blank page

What plugins do you use? Does this occur also if you change the theme?
