As we are a rental property company, I need the ability to include when apartments are available. Is this possible?

Yes, you can utilize availability tab to set the unavailabilty date.

and if your property (ex: apartements) has been booked on the certain date by one customer, it is automatically unavailable to be booked by another customer. The unavailable dates will be grey and can not be clicked.

Thanks but unfortunately as these are rental apartments for an entire year long lease we cannot have people book them online.
