Problem with premium license

Hey!

I bought the premium version and when I try to go to options page to put the license code it shows me a page with the following message:

You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.

Hi,

Have you changed the prefix of your database tables?

It’s quite hard to debug from outside, it can be because plugin conflict or even database problem.

Can you share your web crendendials? So I can investigate the issue.

Hello,

I have the exact same problem.

I tried the free version, then installed the Premium and only after that I removed the free version. Could that be the cause of it?

Please have a look asap!

I also de-installed the premium and re-installed it, without effect.

When I re-installed the non-premium version and had the two running at the same time it seems to work.

Is that it? Does one have to have TWO plugins for it to work?

I have the same problem, I decided not to give them my login details to my admin panel, after all, I don’t know them at all, who knows what they might do in there. Instead, I simply asked for a refund.

That was last Tuesday, and despite their terms and conditions page saying they issue refunds on Fridays, here we are one week later and still no refund. I have also been given shockingly bad support in the thread I opened, you can read it here…

It is obvious to me that this is a really bad company to be doing business with, if they haven’t given me my refund within 48 hours I will be complaining to PayPal and I suggest you all do the same as well.
