This is my 3rd try at getting support to advise me how to fix this peoblem. I bought the support license and I expected that if I found a problem that you would help resolve it. It’s now been almost 3 weeks. Please help!

I noticed that when the “load more” button at the bottom of the posts is clicked, more posts will load, but the “Read more ➥” link doesn’t show up on subesquent posts.
I wrote to the theme dev, who answered back with this:
1/ That’s button from a plugin “Easy Custom Auto Excerpt” – and it doesn’t callback again when ajax load. Let’s remove it and use read more button from the theme.
You can enable read more button from the theme via Customize > Other Post Layout Options > Add More “Read More” button.
I followed those instructions and even disabled ECAE. However, now no “read more” link is displayed anywhere.
I’ve reset everything back to the way it was. I’m wondering if you might have a chance later to take a look at this for me. Thank you for any advice.
