Background images slide not working

Hello!
I have problems with the background of the slides. If the work with the background of the version the PC the slide works very well. But if I enable the mobile background, the background of the PC stops working. You can not see, you just see a black background.

I hope this time is possible, help me to solve the problem, as soon as possible.

have you set background for mobile also? if mobile is enable you need to set a background for mobile.
