Changes not showing

I installed the premium form of custom auto excerpt and activated it. I still have the free version installed and activated. None of the changes I made under settings–excerpt are showing on my website except the new read more button. I have 1st-2nd paragraph chosen.I changed the image to auto, because I thought the image might be too big. That didn’t help. I don’t know what to do.

This is an addition to my previous submission. I just changed the read more button to a different typestylel (crafty girls). the change isn’t showing. Why not?
