Kenapa ga bisa cek ongkir ya? saya coba2 deactive domain via dashboard tonjoo, tapi ga bisa aktivin lagi, saya coba nonaktifkan plugin di wp, trus aktifkan lagi, otomatis masuk ga disuruh masukin lisensi ulang.

Untuk Issue kali ini, ada issue di sisi server pusat dan memang harus ada penanganan dari kami selain dari website user Kak.
Untuk di sisi website usernya nya sendiri prosedur setelah server sudah konfirm fix adalah :
1. Reactrive Lisensi -> Bisa di coba 2 kali jika pertama failed
2. Flush Cache Plugin Ongkir di menu Setting -> Tab Advanced
