Hasil Perhitungan Tarif Pos Tidak Sama

Halo Support,
Saya lihat untuk perhitungan tarif pos menggunakan API dari Tonjoo berbeda dengan hasil di website POS. Di website POS pilihan PAKET POS BIASA hanya akan muncul jika berat kiriman minimal 2001 gram. Jika kurang dari 2001 gram maka hanya ada pilihan PAKET KILAT KHUSUS dan EXPRESS NEXT DAY. Sedangkan di API Tonjoo berat berapapun akan muncul pilihan PAKET POS BIASA. Akibatnya saya harus mengkonfirmasi kembali ke customer secara berulang-ulang. Gimana ya solusinya?

Data plugin ongkir kami untuk POS Indonesia saat ini memang tidak 100% akurat karena pihak POS Indonesia baru saja mengupdate beberapa datanya.

Plugin masih proses update, karna agak rumit update nya jadi mohon maaf belum bisa cepat.

Kalau urgent, mungkin sementara bisa di non-aktifkan dulu POS nya. Masih bisa pakai kurir lain sementara 🙂
