I think it is just corrupt image upload and make it error, try to delete that error image and upload again.

Yes, it is very possible, all you have to do is add code on single page just like on archive page.
Go to kensington/template-parts/property-main.php and go to line 80. Add code something like this:

It has content, it just don’t display. Just add class “fa fa-paw” as usual, then look at your front end. It will display paw icon there.
