Image width not working
Updated on November 16, 2016 in Easy Custom Auto Excerpt
4 on November 12, 2016

I have purchased the Premium version of Easy Custom Auto Excerpt, and I have found the image width option does not change the size of the image, whether I use featured image, or single image.
Here is the page where the image appears at full size, even though the image width is set to 50:

Can you help me resolve this issue?

Thanks,
-Peter

Mr. Walberg,

Unfortunately the image on excerpt feature won’t work if you fill the manual excerpt on the post editor, instead it will override the excerpt from the plugin.

Please visit http://fc0.b1d.myftpupload.com/category/resources/. As you can see, the first post displayed correctly, it used the first content image (Show only first image), not the featured image.

The plugin can use featured image for excerpt image, but it cant remove the featured image that has been there because of theme. In this case, you can use "use featured image" option, but the image that located above the title will still there except if you remove it by code. So instead of "use featured image", you can use "Show only first image"

Hope it helps,

Kind regards
