Importing sample data failed

Hello, I have followed your documentation that comes with the theme. I have successfully installed the theme. The problem came when I tried to import the sample data. I am attaching the error message to this thread. Unfortunately I can’t attach the image.

But basically this is what the error message says:
"Failed to import media "sample""
"Failed to import media "sample""
"Failed to import media "sample""
"FAQ ‘Printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book’ already exist" etc…

What can I please do now?

Hello cobbyfred,
It seems that you have imported the data so it is duplicated and WordPress deny it.
Just ignore that failed notification. Just check your posts, properties, agents, and others data in your WordPress dashbord.
I think your sample data has been added successfully.

Thanks for your response. It may have been imported successfully, but the problem is, the website still doesn’t look like the demo. And that tells there’s something wrong.

The theme need a little bit of setting, especially in the homepage. Use page builder to build your home page. It has been completed with the preset so yo can mimic our demo homepage.

So, you mean, it doesn’t automatically look like the demo after the importation, but you have to configure the settings to look like the demo? If that is the case then I don’t see the need for the importation.

The importation is needed if you want to fill your site quickly, so it will make you easier to look like our demo site. Importation is just first step

Please where can I edit the header content – where we have the address, the working hours and the phone number? I can’t find any way to edit it.
