How to install easy-custom-auto-excerpt-premium on a WordPress site (independent site, not on WordPress.com).
I have installed the free version then purchased and downloaded the premium version, put have no way to readily upload the directory to my site (except file-by-file which I do not want to do).

The steps is pretty simple, first you need to extract the premium zip file (you will got 2 zip files), then install the easy-custom-auto-excerpt-premium.zip via wordpress plugin installer.
