I used ECAE’s special method and character’s limit of 200 ones for excerpts but it excerpted about 10 of total 60 posts on the blog page.
What should I do?

Sorry but I still try to understand what is your problem. So you use special methode and limit to 200 characters but it only excerpt 10 posts of 60 posts?

Or please describe with another words

In where page so I can see your un-excerpted posts? I can only see your homepage and archive, and all of these are normal.
Have you try the settings at excerpt location? maybe tweaking this can solve your problem
