COba lalukan langkah2 berikut ini :
1. Download ulang plugin ongkir
2. Aktifkan lisensi trial nya (lisensi trial bisa di dapatkan gratis dari web tonjoostudio)
3. Coba dengan theme storefront
Apakah Anda menggunakan plugin woocommerce lain? Addon nya misal nya?

Halo, saya mengalami hal yang sama nih
Di test menggunakan lisensi trial di localhost bisa, namun load agak lama.
Berbeda bila di hosting, selalu fail to load data.
Sudah dicoba untuk deactive seluruh plugin tetap tidak bisa, mencoba dengan theme storefront juga tidak bisa (fail load data)

Tadi memang sempat gagal load data, tapi sekarang sudah bisa lagi.
Kemungkinan dikarenakan server kami yang sedang berat.
