sudah, masih keluar error yg sama, sy sdh cb deactivate jg. Di account Tonjoo saya juga licencenya belum terpakai di web manapun.

Sepertinya karena pindah domain, coba lakukan hal ini:
silakan coba masuk ke database, cari tabel wp_options dan cari tonjoo_plugins lalu klik hapus,

Setelah itu coba lakukan aktivasi lagi seperti biasa.

Hi, maaf melanjutkan di thread ini saja, skg ada issue ketika saya pakai plugin ongkir, setiap meload page checkout, admin-ajax.php jd tidak bisa terakses (error 503) & halaman jd hang. Report dari pihak hosting ada penggunaan resource CPU yg besar di hosting. Apakah ini ada kaitannya dengan plugin ongkir karna kl saya deactivate plugin ongkir semuanya normal kembali.

maaf, skg sudah bisa dengan user & password yg sama

Kami sarankan untuk mengupgrade hosting karena plugin ongkir membutuhkan koneksi ke server untuk mengambil data tarif. Itu kenapa mungkin pada halaman checkout terjadi kendala tersebut karena website mencoba untuk terhubung dengan server kami.

Kl memakai developer licence apakah akan memakan resource sebesar itu juga? Karena kami konsider untuk upgrade untuk mempercepat koneksi ke API

Untuk jenis lisensi sebenarnya tidak terlalu jauh perbedaannya jadi kurang berefek kalau upgrade lisensi untuk mempercepat load server.
