Pastikan hostinga Anda support curl karena untuk mengecek lisensi plugin ongkos kirim membutuhkan curl. Silakan hubungi pihak penyedia hosting untuk meminta bantuan mengaktifkan fitur curl tersebut.

Apakah pernah dicoba di website dengan hosting yang berbeda? Kemungkinan hostingnya memblok koneksi ke server kami sehingga gagal saat mengakses server kami. Coba tanyakan ke pihak hostingnya, dan jika memang melakukan blok ke server kami (tonjoostudio.com) minta tolong untuk membuka bloknya.

saya kurang tau pak. saya belum pernah pake hosting lain. kalo emng di block apa yg harus saya lakukan?. misal pindah hosting. trus saya pindah server lg?. kalo ternyata server yg baru tidak compatible harus pindah lagi gitu?.
emang untuk ip nya berapa tonjoo sendiri?. jadi biar saya bisa bilang ke pihak hostingnya. yg di block itu web tonjoo nya, api, atau ip?. mohon diperjelas mas untuk jawabannya.

akses login apa pak? ftp atau wordpressnya?

Setelah kami cek, terdapat error seperti berikut di log:
stream_socket_client(): SSL operation failed with code 1. OpenSSL Error messages:
error:14094410:SSL routines:ssl3_read_bytes:sslv3 alert handshake failure
stream_socket_client(): Failed to enable crypto
stream_socket_client(): unable to connect to ssl://tonjoostudio.com:443 (Unknown error)
Dari hasil pengecekan kami tersebut, sepertinya ini dikarenakan cURL tidak terinstall secara sempurna atau tidak berjalan dengan semestinya.
kami sarankan untuk menginstall ulang cURL di server Anda dan restart servernya.
