Question before purchasing the Kensington theme – I’m interested in the Kensington theme but want to know if it’s possible to have the Homepage Style 1 Property 3 look and feel but have the Sale / Rent search filters that appear over the Hero Image as seen in Homepage Style 1 Property 1? Thanks.

Hi Virulent,
Yes of course. You can customize the homepage with page builder.
You can implement the style 1 property 3 and insert the sale/rent search property with page builder.

One other quick question before I purchase – I don’t need the Sale option in search, just the rent option. Is it possible to disable “For Sale”.
