Hello, saya lagi coba versi trial.
Berat produk 250 gram.
Saya coba order 5 pcs, seharusnya sudah dihitung 2 kilo tapi di versi trial tetap 1 kilo.
Saya sudah setting Ongkir, sbb:

Shipping Weight Rounding Limit (gram) : 250
====
Di setting Woocommerce:
Weight unit : Kg
====
Di deskripsi product data:
Shipping > Weight(kg) : 0.250
====
Tolong dibantu bgmn setting yang benar.

Jika diset 250 gram maka berat 1.250 gram masih dihitung 1 kg karena 250 masih masuk dalam range round shipping weight. Coba ubah misalnya ke 249 gram maka berat 1.250 gram akan terhitung 2 kg.
Jadi coba ubah ke angka yg lebih rendah daripada 250gram.
