Ongkir tidak tampil “Sorry, no shipping cost found for the destination”

Halo,

Mulai kemarin saya mengalami permasalahan ongkir yang tidak muncul, padahal sebelumnya muncul.

Saya coba cek ongkirnya di halaman Calculator Shipping dan Cost Checker muncul pemberitahuan “Sorry, no shipping cost found for the destination”.

Informasi sistem:

Versi WordPress 5.3.14
Versi WooCommerce 4.8.1
Versi Plugin Ongkos Kirim 3.8.7

Theme Arredo versi 1.0

API Tonjoo

Yang saya lalukan:

1. Shipping zone dan lokasi toko asal sudah saya atur.
2. Saya sudah deaktivasi dan aktivasi lisensi tetapi ongkir tetap tidak muncul.
3. Saya sudah deaktivasi dan aktivasi plugin tetapi ongkir tetap tidak muncul.
4. Ketika saya ganti dari API Tonjoo ke API Rajaongkir, ongkirnya muncul. Ketika memakai API Tonjoo ongkir tidak muncul.
5. Saya sudah mengaktifkan mode debug pada plugin ongkir. Statusnya:
– License status: ACTIVE
– Selected API: TONJOO
– API Status: NOT OK Error code: 500

Setahu saya, error code 500 adalah error yang berhubungan dengan server. Apakah server APInya sedang mengalami masalah?

Mohon penjelasan dan bantuannya untuk mengatasi masalah ini agar ongkirnya muncul.

sekarang kejadian lagi ya? Status API NOT OK Error code: 500 yang membuat ongkir nya tidak muncul

saya check debugger nya dari sekitar jam set 5 sore tadi. apakah ada solusi untuk hal ini?

Saat ini server kmai sudah kembali normal, silahkan dicek apakah tarif sudah muncul kembali.

saya juga mengalami nih, tapi hanya JNE.

saya test di cost checker juga tidak muncul.

untuk JNT dan sicepat berfungsi normal. ini kenapa ya?

Halo, bisa dijelaskan ongkir JNE yang tidak muncul apakah hanya di tujuan tertentu atau semua tujuan? Dan darimana kota asal pengirimannya?
