Ongkir untuk Mixed Type

Halo,

Saya memiliki product di WooCommerce yang disebut “Virtual” yang artinya tidak dikenakan ongkos kirim ketika memesan. Ketika saya mencoba belanja produk virtual dan produk biasa, entah kenapa kok ongkos kirim saya dikalikan sejumlah semua order yang saya pesan.

Misal, saya menggunakan CTC Surabaya ke Surabaya sebanyak 6 produk yang terdiri dari 5 produk virtual dan 1 produk normal (secara default saya set 0 kg). Entah mengapa ongkos kirim saya menjadi membludak Rp36.000,00 untuk JNE CTC dan Rp66.000,00 untuk JNE CTCYES. Tarif normal Rp6.000,00 dan Rp11.000,00 per kg.

Apakah ini kesalahan dari plugin Woo Ongkir atau bagaimana?

Halo mas,

Baik akan kita cek. Sebenarnya kita belum pernah mencoba woo ongkir dengan toko virtual. Asumsinya toko virtual tidak membutuhkan plugin pengiriman/shipping 🙂

Mungkin akan butuh waktu utk investigasi, mohon bersabar 🙂

Gmn Mbak Zea hasil investigasinya?

Iya memang kebanyakan gitu, sih. Tapi kan mungkin ada juga toko yang jual barang virtual sekaligus fisik, untuk eBook misalnya 😀

Supaya lebih baik aja ke depannya, sih.

Halo mas,

Untuk saat ini kita belum bisa meng-implementasikan nya. Tapi sudah kita riset, dan akan kita implementasikan dalam 1-2 update kedepan. Utk sekarang kita masih fokus ke perbaikan2 bugs dan performa woo ongkir 🙂

Tetapi issue dari mas benny2010 udah kita masukan kedalam roadmap development 🙂
