Hi there!

Have you tried to set your slider base height?

Also please try “Advance Options” on the same panel

Thank you

Yes I have:

Slider Base Width
8000

Slider Base Height

1000

but it does not help. I don’t have "Advance Options". Must be in the pro version

Slide base width and height is a ratio, so basically if you set the hight to 1000 and width to 8000, it’s will be 8:1, and currently you have saved by the default minimum hight: 300px. So try to make the slide even higher, for example width: 2000 and height: 1500.

The slide always make the image to vertically centered, so if you wants to keep the current slide size, just simply crop the images to the current slide size.

You can crop the image by login to your admin site, access the Media, open your image then click Edit Image

Hi Gert

To make it full width, you must put the slider (or it’s shortcode) outside your theme container. Maybe something like this :

<?php echo do_shortcode(‘[SHORTCODE]’); ?>

<div class="theme-container">
theme body
</div>

Thank you
