Hallooo Admin,

Mohon bantuannya, sudah beberapa hari ini saya coba evaluasi “Trial & Error” Website kami "https://www.jagoimportir.com", namun kendalanya pada saat checkout, pilihan “Provinsi” suka hilang tanpa kejelasan – Otomatis berpengaruh pada pilihan Kota dan sebagainya, dan harus refresh page baru muncul kembali (Tapi terus berulang cases ini), khawatir calon pembeli ragu dan malah gagal order deh.

Kami sudah melakukan beberapa langkah sebelum kirim chat di-forum ini, seperti: “Reset Setting”, “Flush Cache”, “Deactivate lalu Activate lagi”, “Hapus Plugin-2x yang mungkin Crash”, “Update Themes & Plugin” tapi belum menemukan juga solusinya.

Anyway, kami menggunakan DIVI Themes (ElegantThemes) + WooCommerce pastinya.

Sekali lagi mohon bantuannya ya min, karena mau segera Launching. Urgent euyy. Terimakasih.

Hallooo. Sekarang sudah bisa Mas. Setelah saya cek Setting (Status), ada 1 file yang harus download dan masukkan via cPanel. Sejak saat itu sudah kembali normal Mas. Semoga terus berjalan baik. Terimakasih atas fast respond-nya.

Ohya Mas, kenapa ya pada WooCommerce Setting (Admin Dashboard) kita sudah perbaiki untuk Daerah /Negara ke Indonesia, tapi setelah disimpan jadi Alaska Island atau apa gitu? Ada solusi? Terimakasih.

Kalau soal itu kami belum tahu penyebabnya apa dan belum bisa kami perbaiki. Namun bug tersebut tidak mempengaruhi kinerja plugin karena jika plugin ongkos kirim sudah terinstal maka lokasi/negara asal akan otomatis menjadi Indonesia.Jadi permasalahan lokasi negara menjadi Aland Island bisa diabaikan.
