Barusan saya install plugin ongkir, tapi blm bisa di aktivasi karena Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.

Sepertinya website Anda masih memakai php versi di bawah 5.6. Coba upgrade php-ya ke versi minimal 5.6.
