For my blog I do not want an excerpt at all,
I just want the full blog post displayed.
Your plugin works perfectly for this,
my blog displays the full post.
But…
it still displays a ‘CONTINUE READING’ button
In the plugin settings I have disabled Excerpt
and I have disabled Blog page excerpt
and I have Read More button set to Always Hide
but it still displays

If you read inspect element (right-click > inspect element) from your READ MORE button, you will see mpcth-read-more class there :
Acctually, it’s not ECAE class… If it’s ECAE, you’ll see something like this instead :
I suspect it’s your theme issue. Somehow ECAE cannot override your theme class (maybe hardcoded?).
I can help you fix your theme, but ofcourse I need to edit its theme file 🙂
