Sudah kofirm pembayaran plugin, MyItem masih kosong

Saya sudah melakukan konfirmasi pembayaran untuk pembelian "Paket Plugin Ecommerce", tapi di MyItem masih kosong, dan tidak ada email konfirmasi untuk pemrosesan pembelian saya. Saya cek di akun tonjoostudio.com saya juga tidak ada notofikasi apa-apa. Mohon petunjuknya.
