Suggestion: Limit the number of images shown in excerpt

Hey,

It’d be nice to be able to cut down the excerpt size by the number of images shown as well. Some of the posts on my blog start with like 10 images with just some text. The excerpt is reaaaaly long, since images are not count as paragraphs, chapters or characters.
