Halo,
Saya coba login ke webistenya selalu gagal.

Coba tambahkan shipping zone. caranya woocommerce–>settings–>shipping–>add shipping zone, lalu isikan sebagai berikut:

Pada Add shipping method pilih flat rate.
Setelah itu cek lagi halaman checkoutnya, muncul atau tidak ongkos kirimnya.

Jika sudah muncul maka shipping zone flat rate tadi bisa dinonaktifkan.
