Btw, I think it’s because your theme incompability. I can fix it, if you share your FTP (no need cpanel, just FTP). You can change it later after issue is solved 🙂

I found that, your current theme is heavily customized (especially wocommerce/review-order.php file), that makes woo-ongkir and woo commerce doesn’t work.

My advice is, try to discuss it with your developer/designer to review review-order.php’s file.
