Halo, kami sudah menyesuaikan custom ongkir. Namun saat checkout pilihan custom ongkir tersebut tidak muncul. Bisa dibantu cek?

Setelah kita cek, custom ongkir sudah muncul di halaman checkout.
Pastikan produk yang dimasukkan ke keranjang beratnya di atas 1 kg, karena saya cek di pengaturan custom ongkirnya minimal 1kg

Baik terima kasih. Karena sebelumnya kami set beratnya 0kg, biaya custom ongkirnya Rp.0. Apakah harus diset 1kg agar muncul biaya ongkirnya?

Seharusnya diset 0kg pun bisa.
Mungkin nanti kami bisa cek lagi kalau misal ongkirnya jadi 0
