URGENT – cara bikin checkout fields nya optional gimana ya ?

Gimana cara nya mengubah field state, city , district ke optional ? jadi website saya ada metode pembayaran langsung di toko yang tidak membutuhkan isian address , untuk proses yang lebih cepat saya ingin membuat ke3 isian tersebut jadi optional , gimana caranya ?
