Kalkulasi dan Tarif Pos Tidak Sesuai

Selamat pagi Mas/Mba Tonjoo,

Saya baru membeli WooOngkir multi site.
Saat saya aplikasikan ke website ada 2 hal yg sy temukan:

1. Tarif Pos-Paket Pos Biasa & Pos-Paket Kilat Khusus tidak sesuai dengan referensi dari Pos Indonesia…terlalu jauh deviasinya.
Sebagai contoh store sy di Kota Bekasi dan Customer sy di Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam>Banda Aceh>Syiah Kuala (23111).

Referensi dari Pos Indonesia adalah
Pos-Paket Biasa = 109,455/10 Kg dan
Pos-Paket Kilat Khusus = 319,455/10Kg.

Adapun yang tampil di "Shipping Cost by Kg" adalah
Pos-Paket Biasa = 20,500/Kg yg kira2 = 205,000/10Kg.
Pos-Paket Kilat Khusus = 47,500/Kg yg kira2 = 475,000/10Kg.

2. Masalah selanjutnya di bagian "Shipping" saat sy pilih melalui Dropdown Menu, yg terlihat adalah:
Pos-Paket Biasa = 370,000
Pos-Paket Kilat Khusus = 370,000

Sebagai informasi:
1. API menggunakan Plugin Ongkos Kirim.
2. Pilihan Courier adalah xJNE xPOS

Nanti akan kita cek masalah perbedaan harga, dan kalau memang ada perbedaan atau masalah memang di plugin kami, akan kita update secepat nya 🙂

Untuk data dari bekasi ke syah kuala saya cek cocok. Masalahnya adalah pos indonesia menggunakan patokan kodepos (kelurahan) sedangkan kita hanya sampai level kota dan kecamatan, jadi mungkin ada sedikit miss.

Masalah plugin tidak menampilkan data benar sedang kita cek.
