Hasil reproduce dan check error log di internal kami tidak memunculkan error dan semua user bisa upload, mungkin bisa di share akses admin website ke kami Pak, coba kami check kondisi webnya…bisa jadi ada plugin atau config yang membuat upload jadi error.
Bisa di infokan juga perubahan apa yang dilakukan sebelum issue ini terjadi, apakah pindah server? ada perubahan permission di folder upload atau install plugin?
Halo mas, bisa coba login pake akun yang Tonjoo ya, udah saya rumah privilegenya jadi administrator.
Upload bukti pembayaran misalkan sebagai admin bisa, cuman kalo yang uploadnya customer/subscriber gak bisa.

Halo, selamat siang. Apakah sudah ada update?
Pagi Pak,
Kami sudah cek dari sisi installasi plugin, tidak ada masalah.
Namun ditemukan saat user subscriber upload file, ajax submit dari plugin status 200 OK tetapi terkena restriction dan mendapat return “not allowed”, kemungkinan fungsi dari salah satu plugin restriction yg terpasang.
Untuk melanjutkan debugging kami tidak berani Pak, dikarenakan harus mencoba deactive plugin2 terkait yang imbasnya kemana kami tidak tahu.
Untuk sementara kami akan coba install plugin2 yang dicurigai bentrok di internal kami.
