Halo,

Seperti nya mas tidak membaca thread sebelum nya, atau mungkin belum mengerti. Baik akan saya coba jelaskan sekali lagi:

1. Refund hanya akan di proses jika plugin broken.

2. Saya cek web Anda, Anda tidak menggunakan Woo ongkir, tetapi plugin lain sehingga kami tidak bisa men-debug nya. Terakhir kami cek malah web Anda down/lemot.

3. Screenshot yg Anda berikan tidak menjelaskan apa2.

4. Saya sudah menyarankan beberapa cara yang bisa dilakukan. Apa sudah Anda coba?

5. Anda tidak membaca Refund Policy, terutama bagian ini:

Before you request a refund from Tonjoo Studio it’s vitally important that you have first:

1.Open request at support forum .

2.Make sure your Server / Hosting meet all reuqired requirement for each plugin (PHP version, instaled module ,etc)

3. Please note that Tonjoo Studio is not responsible for plugin that was broken due to your Server / Hosting / another plugin incompability.

Terutama poin satu. Kami tidak bisa men-debug web Anda.
