Did you set your /wp-content/uploads folder to writeable?

And what version of Sangar Slider & WordPress do you use?

I have created you a login. The sangar slider itself works perfectly the only issue I have is that the sliders don’t save.
I paid for the multi use license of the sangar slider. wordpress version is 4.4.2

not sure about the wp-content.

We found the issue, it seems somehow your LearnPress plugin is conflict with sangar slider. We don’t know why, but it’s conflicted

If you disable LearnPress, Sangar Slider will work like a charm 🙂
