and i’ve already requested to theme company, but they said it’s not.

when i click woocommerce -> Order -> order number

the page is detail information of order, but the state box is empty and there is no district on billing detail.

just saved zipcode, country and address (by input box)

that’s why i can not check user’s detail address

You mean, there are no district section in woocommerce > Order > Order Number, right?

Yes, unfortunately it’s known issue that we try to solve. It’s need deeper investigation with wocommerce (since it’s wocommerce core feature, and woocommerce change a lot on every updates).

We still develop our solution for this issue, and will solved it ASAP.

Ah, OK I understand with district field
but How about State?
the plugin can not save State also

and if we don’t know district, it doesn’t have any problem for delivery service?

Yes district and state, unfortunately still under development. But city is already there. We will update the plugin to fix both issue in one single update 🙂

For the momment, most of users (especially Indonesian) generally will fill their address with great detail, even their RT/RW number.

Woo Ongkir originally made for ONLY to calculate shipping cost, so the seller does not lose money because of wrong shipping cost. It’s to protect seller 🙂
