Slideshow not appearing on pages.

I am new to the plugin. I’ve created a new slideshow and the preview works perfect on the admin-side. When I place the short code in a post, it does not appear. I’d assume it’s a JS conflict, but after disabling the plugins, I haven’t been able to resolve this. Thoughts?

Hi,

Can I see your website with shortcode attached? Did you already tried on the pages?

Also, please try to put this code inside your theme (index.php) :

<?php echo do_shortcode(‘[YOUR_SANGAR_SLIDER_SHORTCODE_HERE]’); ?>

To see if it’s works or not 🙂

Thank you

Sadly, it ended up breaking the file—blank.

Hmm…

I suspect it’s theme issue, and maybe you put the shortcode in the wrong place. Acctually we can help you, if you don’t mind to share your web credential (or temporary create one for us)

Thank you

Hi

Just wanted to email, but as your email is not working I am placing the content of the email here:

Hi

I have purchased the Sangar Slider Pro, started to install it but when entereed the license code and clicked to register this license, an error "Cannot load slider_license_page" came up.

Then at next step I have tried to Add a new slider, following the steps from your demo and description. It looks that there are problems showing the slider on the website. First thing I have noticed is that when loading an image into the layer of a slide, it does not show that image in the slide on the "Slide Management page", while the blue box still shows in blue colour, instead of the image set in the layer.

The other issue is at "Slideshow options": you cannot set the width and hight of the image. This field is frozen and does not accept input.

On the other hand I noticed that there is a new version of this plugin. Why are you not sending out a notification to your customers, so that they know that there is a new release of the plugin. Also, I need to know how to update to the new version of the plugin.

Look forward to have this slider up and running ASAP and without any issues.

Thank you.

Hi @Jakob,

If you getting issue with your plugin, first, try to re-download the plugin. And make sure your hosting/server is compitable with required spec of plugin.

"On the other hand I noticed that there is a new version of this plugin. Why are you not sending out a notification to your customers…"

We do send the notification, but unlike WordPress.org plugin’s repository with far superior server and environment, our notification is only once in a week (due to server limitation)

If you still facing these issue, maybe you can create temporary admin account for us, so we can help you fix the issue directly

Thank you 🙂
