I purchased the license. I thought I could set up a banner to only show up in certain posts. I disabled the banner for all other types of posts but it still appears in every post on my site.
What I thought your plugin did was allowed you to select a banner then select which post types should display that banner. Your plugin doesn’t seem to actually work. Please advise.

It’s difficult to give one general answer for all of issues. Many clients can use it with no issue at all, some just can’t get it work. Eventhough the plugin is same.
Sometimes it’s also depends on what theme do you use. Some themes is heavly modified/overriden so our plugin is doesn’t work anymore.
WordPress is a very huge framework and ecosystem. There are a lot of people/devs involved, and every dev have their own coding style and standard. It would be very difficult to maintain 100% compatibility to all plugins/themes.
That’s why sometimes we need to investigate the issue one-by-one.
