Premium ECAE: Can not align pic

No matter what I try: I cant get the thumbnailpic in ECAE to align. On web view its always size 300, align=left. I have premium and the plugin sees to be able to save my input.

Its not a theme-related problem, same on all themes I tried:

rsp-blogs.blechpirat.name
