I get this error when I try to enable the premium plugin from the download (after updating the free version to the latest)

I’ve tried 3 different browsers, clearing cache, installing the plugins in different order, trying everything I can. same problem.

The issue obviously is not fixed. How do I get this installed?

Hey guys, I’ve upgraded to the latest version that you sent via email and I’m still seeing the excerpts clipped at about 300 characters. Any ideas?

Hi James,

Excerpt Size only works if you use Character as Excerpt Method 🙂

On the Excerpt Method dropdown, please choose "Character".

On the next update, we will make ECAE more user-friendly by hiding "Excerpt Size" form when user don’t use character as excerpt method.

Sorry, this is getting frustrating.

I don’t want to use excerpt size.

I want it to use ‘show first paragaph’, but it doesn’t seem to work.

If I leave ‘excerpt size’ empty and save the options, it defaults to 500.

How do I get it to use the first paragraph without the […]???

Maybe I just need a refund because I can’t figure out how this thing is suppose to work. It seems that ‘first paragraph’ should simply take the first paragraph. Not sure why it’s so complicated!
