Hallo, I have upgraded WP to 4.7.3 and Tonjoo plugin ongkos kirim to 2.0.2.
At chechout after choosing the Province the pull-down menu City and District remain blank. So no ongkos is calculated.
Am I the only one with this problem or is this already under invetigation?

Hi there!
Please make sure your theme in compitable with plugin ongkir. You can try other theme (such as storefront from woocommerce) to see if it’s still not working

Hi Zea, It worked before upgrading WP with Kutetheme that im using. The theme didn’t change I think.
Any other ideas?

I dont think it’s because wordpress version. It’s seems likely because theme incompability. You can try another theme, to see if it’s still not working. Also please try to use newest woocomemrce
