Plugin Ongkir Error

Saya sudah membayar plugin dan mendapatkan lisensi & sudah aktif (checklist warna hijau), saya pasang pluginnya dan saya coba pakai ternyata “Gagal mendapatkan data kota”

Lalu saya menggunakan API key raja ongkir (Walau nggak sampai kecamatan) malah lancar.
Apa yang terjadi dengan lisensi saya?

Coba dengan melakukan reset, lalu aktivasi lagi dengan license code yang sama.
